Hat Yai Gai Tod. Southern Thailand Fried Chicken topped w/ a fried egg, crispy shallots & honey sriracha sauce. Served w/ Thai basil fried rice.

Moo Krob Moo Dang. Deep-fried pork belly & roasted pork topped w/ a sweet & savory bbq gravy. Served with jasmine rice, cucumbers, a spicy sauce (Prik Nam Pla) & a soft-boiled egg.

Considered a traditional Royal Thai dish. Steamed fresh fish souffle blended w/ spicy red curry, coconut milk, & kaffir lime leaves on a bed of cabbage & banana leaves. Served w/ jasmine rice & spicy sauce (prik nam pla). (GF)

Kao Mun Gai. A Thai Street Food classic that features poached, tender, juicy chicken served w/ginger rice accompanied by cucumbers, a small clear broth soup, & our housemade spicy Nam Jim Tao Jiew (spicy ginger sauce).

Originates from Isan (NE Province). 10 oz marinated, tender, char-grilled angus ball tip steak. Served w/ Thai Basil Fried Rice (or Asian Greens & Jasmine Rice). Includes a side of our signature spicy sauce for dipping (Nam Jim Jaew). (GF)

Padd Mee. Yaai's very first Thai street food dish (cooked & sold alongside her mother in Udon Thani in the 1950's). Sweet & tangy thin rice noodles mixed w/ red roasted pork, yenta fo sauce (fermented red bean curd), fresh bean sprouts topped w/ eggs & green onions. Served w/ a side of our famous crispy pork belly.

Half Pans serve approximately 4 oz portions to 8-10 people. We recommend 2-3 options minimum when catering an event. We offer delivery & set-up buffet/self-serve style, or you can pick up your order at your desired time. We prefer a 48 hour notice minimum and catering orders will require a 50% deposit and payment in full before the day of the event. At Baan Thai Bistro, we believe that Thai food should be delicious, healthy, and affordable. That's why we started our restaurant in 2023, with the goal of providing our customers with authentic Thai cuisine made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our head chef, Jhanya, also known as Yaai (grandma in Thai), has over 50 years of experience in cooking Thai cuisine. She was born and raised in Udon Thani, Thailand, and learned her craft from her mother and grandmother. Jhanya is passionate about using traditional Thai ingredients and techniques to create dishes that are both authentic and delicious. Come taste the fruits of her labor!

At Baan Thai Bistro, we believe that the quality of our food starts with the quality of our ingredients. That's why we source our produce, meat, and seafood from local farms and suppliers whenever possible. We also use traditional Thai herbs and spices to give our dishes their signature flavor.
